Will I receive confirmation of my placed order?

Yes, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Shipping takes place via PostNL. The amount of shipping costs will be explicitly indicated when ordering. Free shipping in consultation with regular customers above a certain amount. Next-day delivery on working days before 16:00. If you order on Friday afternoon after 16:00 or at the weekend, you will receive your order on Tuesday.

Shipping costs are € 5.95 if you have an order delivered to your home in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. From € 200 you will receive free delivery within the Netherlands. Collection from our location in Groenlo is free of charge.

Belgium and Germany - 8.95 euro up to 2 kg.
Ireland and France - €15 up to 2 kg.

Please inform us as soon as possible, if you do this too late and the parcel has already been sent you are not entitled to a return and we can no longer do anything for you. Make sure your address is correct.

The prices listed include VAT.

Yes, that is possible. During the ordering process, you can enter a different delivery address in the billing and delivery address option.

No, this is unfortunately not possible (yet).

All orders and payments are fully digital, so you will also receive your invoice via e-mail. Also, always check your spam box, our mail may end up there.

During payment processing, we use a secure SSL Internet connection. The SSL software ensures that payment information is sent encrypted over the Internet. You will recognise the secure connection by the green coloured browser bar and the lock at the top right next to the browser bar. It is therefore safe to pay in our webshop.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay afterwards on our webshop.

Yes, you can. Then contact the Mastic Horse team by sending an email to info@mastichorse.nl. We can be reached on weekdays between 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

You will only be reimbursed for the shipping costs charged by us when you return the entire order, i.e. all products. You will have to pay the return shipping costs.

We aim to credit the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return package.

If you have any complaints or comments about the products ordered and/or delivery, you can always contact us by sending your complaint to info@mastichorse.nl. If you have a complaint, you can also always register it with the European ODR platform via European online dispute resolution platform

The ingredients used are not on the WADA doping list.

Heb je daar geen mail van ons ontvangen en heb je ook geen Track & Trace e-mail van PostNL gekregen? Neem dan binnen 24 uur contact met ons op via e-mail of telefoon. Zonder tijdige melding kunnen wij helaas niets voor je betekenen als een pakket niet aankomt of retour gestuurd wordt. Wij helpen je graag verder om je bestelling te traceren en eventuele problemen op te lossen.
