Shipping takes place via PostNL. Shipping costs are € 5.95 if you have an order delivered to your home in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. From € 200 you will receive free shipping (within NL). Collection at our location in Groenlo is free of charge. The amount of the shipping costs will be explicitly mentioned when ordering. Ordered on working days before 16:00, shipped the same day. If you order on Friday afternoon after 16:00 or at the weekend, we will ship on the next working day.
Belgium and Germany - 8.95 euro up to 2 kg.
Ireland and France - €15 up to 2 kg.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered product(s) without giving reasons (the agreement). You will then be credited with the full order amount including the shipping costs we have charged. The (shipping) costs of returning your package are for your own account. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving the (returned) products. Detailed information on the right of withdrawal as described here can be found in our general terms and conditions (article 5).

It is possible to choose a pick-up location during the ordering process or after your order via the Postnl Track & Trace code. Please note that parcels will remain at your chosen pick-up location for a maximum of 1 week. If the parcel is not picked up by you within a week, it will automatically be returned to our location. You therefore need to keep a close eye on this yourself. Should your parcel still be returned, we can of course send your order back to you, but the shipping costs in this case will be at your own expense. We hope for your understanding.
