In order to provide our services properly, we need to process your personal data. We can imagine that you would rather not just give these away. It goes without saying that your personal data are at stake and that we do not want them to be used for other purposes. We therefore process your personal data as transparently and carefully as possible, in accordance with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This Privacy Statement applies to all personal data that Integra International B.V. processes about you.

For whom is this privacy statement intended?

- our customers (also prospects), relations and suppliers and persons working for them;

- our employees, former employees and job applicants;

- visitors to our company, visitors to our website and other third parties (including trade fair visitors);

Integra collects personal data when you make it known to us via this website (e.g. by e-mail or newsletter subscription), via your Mastic Horse Account, via (customer) contact, via a visit to our company, or by other means, such as trade fair attendance.

What data do we process?

We process the following data, depending on the target group, bases and purposes, as described below:

- Data from customers (also prospects), relations and suppliers: thereof, we process the following data, among others: first names, surname, date and place of birth, company name, address data, financial data including bank account number, customer and relationship number, telephone number and e-mail address,

- Data from employees, former employees and applicants: thereof, we process the following data, among others: first names, surname, date and place of birth, address data, BSN, copy of ID, Curriculum Vitae (CV), bank account number, telephone number, e-mail address and passport photograph;

- Data from visitors to our company, visitors to the website and other third parties: thereof process at include the following data:- first name and surname, gender, address data, company name, phone number, e-mail address.

What bases does Integra use for processing personal data and for what purposes?

- to perform an agreement; such as entering into and performing agreements with customers, relations and suppliers, entering into employment contracts with our employees and resulting agreements, entering into and performing agreements contributing to our internet services and managing the resulting relationships;

- pursuant to a legal obligation; such as processing administrative data for payment of wages and processing data for the benefit of the tax authorities, requests from public authorities;

- to pursue our legitimate interest, such as fulfilling orders and delivering our products, carrying out activities aimed at increasing our customer base (including direct marketing activities and trade fairs) and improving our services, processing and recording log-in data of customers using a Mastic Horse account, protecting company data and preventing its leakage, supervising and individually assessing employees, carrying out job application procedures;

- consent: in the event that Integra processes special personal data, it will seek explicit consent from you to the extent necessary.

- We also process your personal data for processing customer orders, for carrying out marketing campaigns, including informing customers (also prospects) and business contacts about Integra's products and services via trade fairs.

- Integra sends newsletters with which we want to inform customers and other third parties about new products, services and related matters. Each newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe.

- Integra keeps general visitor data on the use of our website. In this context, we record the IP address of your computer, any user name, the time of retrieval and data sent by a visitor's browser. We try to anonymise this data as much as possible before using it.

Integra uses personal data only for the purposes described above for which we have collected it.

What personal data does Integra share with third parties?

Integra does not provide your personal data to third parties, unless required for the performance of an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. Data is shared, depending on the target group, with, among others, a our accountant, hosting providers, delivery and parcel service and occupational health and safety service. These third parties, so-called processors, work on behalf of Integra. To the extent necessary, Integra has concluded processor agreements with the organisations with which it shares personal data, which stipulate the same level of confidentiality and security of the personal data as applies to Integra. However, Integra remains responsible for such processing by third parties.

Will data be transferred to countries outside the EEA?

If the situation arises where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that the transfer of data is in accordance with the privacy laws and regulations applicable to us.

How long does Integra keep your personal data?

Your personal data will not be kept for longer than is strictly necessary, or regulated by law, to fulfil the purposes set out in this statement. In any case, your data will be deleted if you request deletion or withdraw your consent, unless we are required to keep your data for a longer period by law.

How does Integra secure your personal data?

Integra has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data in order to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and other undesired actions with personal data. Furthermore, Integra makes provisions for proper security of its systems. Integra uses strict security procedures. Access to log files containing visitor data and other files containing personal data is restricted by means of passwords and encryption.

What are your rights in relation to Integra's processing of your personal data?

You have the right to see what personal data we process. Besides the right to access, you also have the right to rectification, completion, restriction, deletion (unless we are obliged to keep them), blocking and transfer (data portability) of your personal data. Furthermore, you may withdraw consent once given to Integra at any time. You should note that your request for deletion or restriction of your personal data, as well as your request to withdraw your consent, means that you will no longer be able to use our services.

Does Integra use cookies?
